Class Description:
Join us for a two-day adventure into the wild, untamed beauty of Florida’s landscapes, inspired by the bold and energetic style of the famous Florida Highwaymen artists! In this workshop, you’ll learn how to capture the essence of palm-lined shores, fiery sunsets, and lush wetlands using expressive line work, dynamic composition, and rich tonal contrasts. Students should bring collected photo images that will be used as references. They may event want to try bringing photos that can be cut into pieces to make a funky collage they can work from. |
(Pictures are examples of Michael's art, not what students will do in class.)
