Class description:
Students will complete this fall still life in a day using a loose painting style with big brush strokes. Cindy will touch on concepts of a toned background, a variety of brushstrokes, color mixing, composition and negative space. Attendees will do brushstroke and color mixing exercises in the morning, followed by a demonstration, and will complete the painting together with Cindy step-by-step. Class Description:
Tom will teach easy and fun techniques to create loose impressionistic watercolors that will keep the viewer's attention. Tom will bring the watercolor pigments and paper students will need to do these projects. Students will work on several paintings during the course of this three-day workshop. Tom will have drawings for prizes and he is bringing some art supplies for sale to us at special prices.
