Class Description:
This six-week course will introduce you to the basics of pen and ink drawing, from linework to shading to creating depth and texture. We will explore a variety of techniques, including stippling, hatching, and cross-hatching.
No prior experience is necessary. We will start with the basics, such as how to hold a pen and how to make different types of marks. Then, we will move on to more complex techniques, such as creating shadows and highlights. By the end of the course, you will be able to create detailed and expressive pen and ink drawings.
