We understand that plans can change, and unexpected events can occur, but due to the nature of our classes and workshops, we have a firm cancellation policy. Here's why:
Commitment to Our Instructor:
We hire talented and experienced instructors to ensure you receive high-quality instruction. Once they commit to teaching a workshop, we must guarantee their payment, regardless of attendance. This allows us to secure their time and expertise for your benefit.
Limited Spots:
Our workshops often have limited spots to ensure each participant receives ample individual attention. When you register, you reserve a spot that could have been offered to another interested artist. A strong cancellation policy helps us manage these limited spaces effectively.
Planning and Resources:
Organizing a workshop involves significant planning and resource allocation, including materials, space, and other logistical elements. These preparations are based on the number of registered participants, and cancellations can disrupt these plans.
Encouraging Commitment:
A cancellation policy encourages participants to commit fully to the workshop. This helps create a dedicated and engaged group, enhancing the learning experience for everyone involved.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with an enriching and rewarding class or workshop experience. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]
