Watercolor Class Description:
David will be teaching you watercolor from beginning to end; starting with teaching you how to take total control of the watercolor medium, leading to using that control of the medium to create well-composed watercolors. Subject matter will be changing daily with photo reference supplied in the morning and afternoon. Lessons will include almost every element that David can think of that will teach you how to paint a watercolor with confidence. David's teaching method goes from group teaching in the morning switching to one on one in the afternoon. This workshop is designed to benefit all levels of painters. Teaching students to conquer the medium of watercolor is David's goal and he takes great pride in making sure every student leaves with the ability to control watercolor.

Class Description:
The question is often asked, “What is a stylized painting?” Put simply it is a painting of something that is easily recognizable but has an abstract element. Unlike abstract expressionism which is non-objective art, a stylized painting is both abstract and objective combined into one piece of art.

Join world renowned watercolorist Sterling Edwards as he explains and demonstrates his process for developing eye catching and thought provoking stylized paintings with watercolor. All skill levels are invited to this creative and exciting class.

If you’re ready to take your creativity to the next level then this is the class that you don’t want to miss. As with all of Sterling’s workshops, space is limited so it is recommended that you register early.
