Workshop description:

Zentangle is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.  If you are curious about this meditative and therapeutic art form, this is the class for you! 

Join us for a fun day of creating a Zentangle holiday wreath with Trish O'Leary, our certified Zentangle instructor.  The wreath will be presented on a 6" X 6" cradleboard, and when completed, will make a beautiful holiday decoration or gift.

The watercolor tile and cradleboard will be provided.  Bev will show you how to affix the watercolor to the cradleboard, and then Trish will teach you the various Zentangle patterns we will be drawing to create our wreath.  We will be working with black, red, and green Micron 03 or similar pens and a graphite pencil and tortillon or blending stump. You'll go home with beautiful hand-crafted decoration to keep, or a gorgeous gift for a friend. 

Students need to bring:  Micron 03 or similar pens in black, red and green, a graphite pencil and a tortillon or blending stump. There will be extra pens to purchase if needed ($2.00 each).
