Plus we will talk about mounting, matting, finishing your artwork.

Supplies:
Supply Charge $6.
- 18x24 canvas (your choice of a skinny canvas Level 1 at Michael's or thick canvas Level 3 at Michael's). I plan on using the Level 3 for the demonstration in the class.  (You do not have to buy a canvas as you can matt the batik also.)
- Modge Podge.
- Glue brush or sponge brush to apply the Modge Podge.
- Watercolors – if buying some or adding to your palette, Mission has the boldest colors I’ve found. If you are new to watercolor, I have a couple palettes to loan out. You do not have to buy Mission paints; please bring what you have, bring the tubes of paint.
Colors: Aliz crim, bright rose, sap green, perm green, veridian, Caribbean blue or peacock blue or turquoise. Aureolian, hansa,or perm yellow.  Cobalt, violet. Quin gold, red.

- And you will need something to mix on – palette; China, plastic, glass plate.
